About Gail Sotnik, Registered Hypnotherapist

The National Guild of Hypnotists and the American Board of Hypnotherapy recognizes Gail as a Certified Hypnotherapist with the requirements earning her Certification to practice Clinical Hypnotherapy.        She is registered in the State of Washington as a Hypnotherapist.

Gail completed her training as a Hypnotherapist at The Institute for Theraputic Learning in Seattle, Washington (Jack Elias CHT).  Her focus of training is a transpersonal blending of Eastern and Western views and techniques applied to the art and discipline of Hypnotherapy, weaving together depth hypnosis, regression therapy, subpersonality and inner child therapy, NLP, and Ericksonian Hypnosis.

Gail owns and operates the Seattle location of the Living Lite Hypnosis Centers which advocates using NLP, hypnosis, and various therapeutic modalities to alter the underlying patterns individuals have with food, weight management, self esteem and confidence. As a part of these programs, Gail often sees clients individually as well as facilitates various support groups and     classes.

In addition to the hypnosis and guided imagery used, Gail adopts a coaching position which expects client participation and responsibility for their own well being, personal growth, as well as the results achieved. She acts as a guide   who is committed to empowering her clients in their own process of self    healing and change.
