Stop Smoking and Chewing

Like many, I started smoking in my teens.  It seemed like the coolest thing I could do.  My father was a smoker, so it was easy to obtain cigarettes and then I was hooked.  My story is similar to yours.....I tried to quit but couldn't make it last.  Finally after numerous bouts of serious respiratory illness, it finally dawned on me that not smoking made me feel better than smoking.  I have been a non smoker for many years, but can still vividly remember how much I enjoyed it, while at the same time despising the habit and the way it made me feel.

The “123 Easy Stop Smoking System” is designed to help smokers easily taper off and quit smoking in 10 days or fewer.

 
You will receive many tools to help this process feel effortless.  The most important of these tools is hypnosis. Hypnosis is an altered state of awareness, whereby you are relaxed and easily able to hear and accept suggestions reinforcing your desire to stop smoking.

 
When you are hypnotized, you will NOT lose consciousness or fly out of your body or even levitate!  You are aware of your surroundings at all times and are easily able to un-hypnotize yourself at any time, should you choose to do so.  However, most people enjoy the hypnosis process for two reasons:  1) hypnosis feels so good and 2) hypnosis makes being a non-smoker very easy.

 
The average smoker spends about $150 a month on cigarettes—and often several times that amount in extra medical bills and time lost at work as a result of smoking.  

 
The nominal fee charged for this program, $295, includes your CDs, Workbook/Diary and 3 sessions with your Hypnotherapist.  Normally, just three visits with your hypnotherapist alone, costs $450!  This package is presented to you at such a nominal fee because I feel a moral obligation to help as many people as possible avoid the horrendous end of life issues most smokers face.


You will schedule 3 visits to your hypnotherapist during your 10-day taper off program: One at the beginning of the ten days, one in the middle and one at the end.  These sessions are 1 hour long and you will be hypnotized for a part of each session.

 At your first session, you will receive two Hypnosis CDs:  One for stress reduction to be played for the first 3 days and one to actually make you stop smoking which you will play once a day for the next 30 days.

 You will also receive a Workbook/Diary that will contain instructions on your “homework” assignments for the next 10 days.  These assignments are designed to help you change your habits so that at the end of ten days you will actually WANT to stop smoking enough to make it very easy to never smoke again.  Most people who smoke fear not having cigarettes in their lives.  This program eliminates that fear and much, much more.
